Sunday 6 January 2008 saw Queen Victoria make her first show-stopping global debut on her Maiden 106 night World Cruise.

Leaving Southampton bound for New York, Queen Victoria sailed across the Atlantic on a historic tandem Transatlantic Crossing with QE2.

On arrival in New York on 13 January 2008, they met Queen Mary 2 and for the first-time ever the three Queens were united, surrounded by crowds of well-wishers.
