The ship is named Queen Victoria in honour of United Kingdom´s longest standing Queen.

Cunard Line is delighted that Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall performed the naming of the ship, the latest in a line of Cunard Queens to be named by royalty.

Queen Victoria can first be seen in her homeport of Southampton on 7th December for her inaugural celebrations. Don’t despair if you can't make this date as she will back throughout the year and indeed years to come.

When Queen Victoria is sailing in or out of Southampton, there are various viewing locations along Southampton Water:

Lee on Solent

Cowes

Ryde

For security reasons, access to the ship while she is in Southampton is necessarily very restricted and will be available to only a limited number of invited guests.
